Our Bachelorette Party Wine Tour has been perfected to ensure maximum awesomeness and fun for your bride with minimal effort on your part! We know you are busy and need to plan a full weekend of excitement! Our Bridal Party Wine Tour is crafted to offer a full day of wine tasting, fun, and celebration! You do not need to plan anything for that day, expect breakfast! If you and your bridal party group like to be pampered, and have all details of your day executed to perfection, then this is the wine tour for your celebration.
All aspects of your day are planned and accounted for. Your wine tour, itinerary, tasting fees, transportation, gourmet lunch, three (3) course dinner, and more, are all included! 5 Hour Wine Tour
Tour time begins and ends at your City of Charlottesville pick up and drop off location. Exact pick up time is set based on your location and tour itinerary selected. With transportation to and from dinner included a total tour time of up to 9 hours is available to you. Additional time beyond 9 hours of service is billed at the overtime rate for your vehicle type. City of Cville
A City of Charlottesville pick up and drop off is included in your tour. Tour routing and rates are based on Cville pick up and drop off. Surcharges will apply for outside City of Charlottesville. See rate chart here.
LUxury Transportation
Your bachelorette party wine tour will be conducted in one of luxury coaches. We offer SUVs, Sprinter Style Vans, and Mini-Coaches.

Enjoy a custom designed winery itinerary! Visit three (3) of our favorite local wineries on your tour.
Gourmet Picnic
Our locally catered gourmet picnic, aka THE GOURMET PICNIC, is served from a wicker picnic basket and features linens, china, and glassware. This offering is specifically chosen to pair with your wine tastings. Menu items change seasonally and we always choose the best ingredients for your meal. Gourmet Lunch seasonally features:

Tasting FeeS Included
Tasting fees or bottle service are included in your per person tour price. Depending on group size, selected tour itinerary, and winery policies, bottle service may be required as tasting may not be available. In these cases bottle service is included in your tour rates, in lieu of a "tasting." Bottle service is when you do not have a "wine tasting" but instead share purchased bottles to enjoy. Freshen Up
After your 5 Hour Tour, stop at your hotel or BnB for roughly an hour to and hour and a half to freshen up before going to your dinner.
Dinner Transportation
Enjoy a brief driving tour of the University of Virginia, Historic Downtown and Court Square areas. Tour may be before or after your dinner based on your timeline and preferences.
Three Course Dinner
Choose from a Three (3) Course Dinner at a local Restaurant! Each person can select one item from each of the following categories on any of the dinner menus. Exceptions may apply. Inquire prior to reserving.

Beverage purchases (Wine, Beer, Tea, etc), tax, and waiter gratuity are NOT included in your tour price. This is due to the nature and variables associated with both dinner beverages and gratuity. We can bill the purchased beverages and gratuity to your bill.

WINE Night Cap
Receive (1) bottle of wine for every (4) people, for a night cap! We hand select some of our favorite Virginia Wine’s for your post bachelorette party wine tour night cap! You can note if you prefer White or Red, but beyond that preference, requests are not allowed. If you have had enough wine after your tour, you can always save it for later.
